He will send your information to Heather in the office to get you on the schedule and to take care of anything you may need to get the job done efficiently.

Jim West
Jim has been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years. When he moved to Florida he worked for Steve Koscoe, his step-dad at My Personal Plumber. Steve taught him everything he knows. In 2021 Jim took over the family owned-business and Steve retired. Becoming the owner of My Personal Plumber has been a blessing. He has continued to serve the same customers and continues to build up the business by expanding his services to other communities. Jim is dedicated to his family and yours. He is honest , trustworthy, and great at what he does. Jim does not advertise. Word of mouth has kept this company in business. Our work speaks for itself.
Heather Johnson
Heather is an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at juggling multiple tasks. She does everything from coordinate with plumbers, customers, and suppliers, to scheduling, invoicing, and customer management software. Above all, she is dependable and committed to keeping the business running efficiently and professionally.
